Grading Experience-We Know What We Are Doing

One of the most important factors that determines the value of coins or paper money is the condition. This is referred to as the grade. Since grading is subjective it is vital that the person doing the grading be well trained and experienced. There are some collectors who choose only to buy certified coins, thinking that is the only way to be sure of a coin's grade. In fact, even the professional graders can look at the same coin and disagree on the coin's condition. It is not uncommon for these coins to be a grade apart when viewed by different people.

So how do you know that the grades listed in our site are accurate? While we do sell some certified coins, many of our coins are "raw" and we grade them ourselves. Our staff has been trained extensively through the ANA grading seminars, and that is backed up by 10 years of experience. You can be confident that our coins are graded fairly, and if you are dissatisfied with any coin or paper money you purchase from us, you may return it according to our generous return policy.
